Fees for services

The studio sets its fees for architecture services, and whether any part of them can be refunded, in your project agreement. Refunds follow that agreement.

Paid twice or paid too much

If you pay the same invoice twice or pay more than the invoice amount, write to the studio with the invoice number and the payment reference. Once the studio confirms the extra payment, it refunds the extra amount in full.

How refunds are paid

• Refunds are paid by bank transfer to the account the payment came from.

Banks may charge fees on international transfers; the studio does not add any. The workspace does not take card payments, so there are no card refunds.
