Terms of use

Last updated 29 September 2026

The studio runs this workspace, and these terms cover your use of it. Your project agreement with the studio covers the architecture services themselves; where the two differ, the project agreement wins.

Who can use the workspace

The workspace is for the studio's team and clients. Anyone can create an account, but it shows nothing until the studio gives it access, and the studio decides what each person can see.

Your account

  • Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • Tell the studio straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Using the workspace fairly

Do not:

  • try to open projects, files or messages you have not been given access to;
  • upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that you do not have the right to share;
  • upload malware or try to disrupt or overload the workspace.

Your content

Files and messages you upload stay yours. You allow the studio to store them and show them to the people working on your project. Ownership of the studio's drawings and designs is set out in your project agreement.

Fees and payments

Fees are set in your project agreement and invoices. You pay by bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS or IMPS in India, or an international wire transfer). See the refund policy for refunds.

Availability

We work to keep the workspace running and your files safe, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. We may change or improve features over time.

Ending access

The studio may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or remove access when a project ends. You can ask for your account to be closed at any time.

Liability

As far as the law allows, the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the workspace. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
